I want for you what my own physical therapy journey empowered me to find—

A life that I love, without pain.

After experiencing injuries as an athlete, I know how devastating pain and injury can be. You've always been able to count on your body and now you feel uncertain.

After running my body to the ground and experiencing chronic pain conditions in my 20’s, I know the fear and constant exhaustion that accompany pain and affect life.

I know it’s difficult to discern what is best for your body when there is conflicting and confusing information. Often, not knowing how to keep moving leads to doing nothing at all and feels especially lonely.

I’m Sydney, I can relate.

Doctor of Physical Therapy, University of Colorado

B.S. Human Physiology, Gonzaga University

Integrative Lifestyle Medicine Certified, Living Well Institute

I work with people who’s pain affects how they move and how they feel. They are uncertain what is safe, how to address the pain, and have already tried things that aren’t working.

I am able to improve pain and meet goals within a reasonable time. I am collaborative with my patients and other providers. I am straightforward and able to identify if I can help or not.

I am devoted to learning about pain— how to address it, how to teach you about it, and how make a plan for management now and the future.

“Dr. Sydney exhibits professionalism, critical thinking, and is charismatic with her patients on a regular basis. Additionally, she provides care to a spectrum of patients using a dynamic holistic approach.”

You can find me running with my dog and pushing a stroller carrying my 18 month old son most days of the week.

I keep myself moving on a spin bike and doing dynamic home workouts when it’s too cold to go outside--which, hello Wisconsin winters.

I love the power of reconnecting with my physical body. It lifts my mood, re-centers my anxious brain, and gets me out in nature where I feel most at home.

I value intentionality, enjoy fancy coffee, and I love making homemade pizza with my family.
